Ingredients: Water, soybeans, magnesium chloride, salt.
Allergen: Contains soy. May contain traces of gluten, celery, and mustard.
Tofu is obtained by curdling the milk of soybeans produced from local soybean seeds.
It can be consumed cold or hot, grated or served in thin slices.
It can be fried or eaten raw, and can also be used in various recipes such as salads, pastas, and scrambled eggs.

Veggy Tofu Omelette
Ingredients:
- 300 g Veggy Tofu,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- 1/2 small onion,
- 1 small bell pepper,
- 1/2 red pepper,
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander,
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin,
- 1 teaspoon turmeric,
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander,
- 200 g canned black beans,
- salt,
- black pepper
Instructions:
Drain and crumble the tofu with a fork. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, sauté the onion and peppers for 3 minutes. Add ground coriander and cumin and cook for 1 minute. Add tofu and turmeric and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, add black beans, fresh coriander, salt, and black pepper, and stir.
