Ingredients: Tofu (water, soybean, magnesium chloride, salt) (93%), soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), smoke flavor (apple, walnut, mesquite, cherry) (3%).
Allergen: Contains soy and gluten. May contain traces of celery and mustard.
Produced from domestic soy seeds by curdling the milk of soybeans.
Can be consumed hot or cold, grated or served in thin slices.

Smoked Tofu Wheat Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat for pilaf
- 1 cup canned corn
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- Dill
- Parsley
- Green onions
- 1 medium-sized carrot
- Purple cabbage
- Pickled cucumbers
- Olive oil
- Pomegranate molasses
- Lemon
- Salt
Instructions:
Wash 2 cups of wheat and add enough water to cover, let it sit for a while.
Place the washed wheat in a pot with enough water to cover and bring it to a boil.
After 15 minutes of boiling, check and turn off the heat.
Add boiled chickpeas and corn to the boiled wheat and mix well.
Then chop all the salad ingredients and mix them together.
Add Veggy Smoked Tofu sliced or diced on top of the salad. Serve with the salad dressing prepared from olive oil, lemon, and pomegranate molasses.
