Veggy Plant Based Schnitzel Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
- Veggy Plant Based Schnitzel
- Lettuce
For Caesar Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pinch of grated Veggy Veggurme
- 6 chopped pickled capers,
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Vegan Caesar Sauce:
3 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 pinch of grated Veggurm, 6 chopped pickled capers, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and a teaspoon of lemon juice are mixed in a large bowl.
Preparation:
Hand-chopped lettuce is added to the bowl in which the sauce is mixed. Stir until the sauce is mixed. Pickled lettuce is put in a salad bowl. Then, the plant-based schnitzel is fried in 180°C oil for 6 minutes, cut into strips and served on top of the salad. During the service, grated Veggurme can be added on demand.
