Veggy Plant Based Meatball Plate


Ingredients:

  • Veggy plant based meatball
  • Fresh asparagus
  • Yellow tomatoes
  • White truff oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Baby yellow zucchini
  • Baby carrot
  • Asparagus

After chopping baby zucchini, baby carrots and asparagus, they are boiled, then sautéed in a lightly oiled pan with yellow cherry tomatoes and fresh basil (seasoned according to taste ). It is optionally flavored with light truffle oil during service. Plant based meatballs are cooked for 6 minutes in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Then, the meatball plate is served by placing the vegetables on the bottom.

Ingredients: Water, pea protein, vegetable oil (coconut, sunflower oil), onion, bulking agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), natural flavorings, vegetable fiber (pea), spice blend, parsley, coloring agents (beet concentrate, caramelized sugar, orange carrot concentrate), garlic, yeast extract, vegetable juice concentrate, acidity regulator (citric acid).

Allergen: May contain traces of soy, gluten, mustard, and celery.
