Veggy Plant Based Kayseri Yağlama


Ingredients:

  • Vegan tortilla
  • Vegan yogurt
  • Parsley

 

For Internal Filling:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 cot of garlic
  • 3 pcs pepper
  • Veggy Plant Based Mince
  • A tea spoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 table spoon tomato paste
  • Can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tea cup of warm water

For internal filling:

Roast 1 chopped onion and 1 clove of chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 3 chopped peppers to the pan and continue the roasting process. The cooking process is continued by adding plant based mince on it. Then, one teaspoon each of salt, red pepper powder, black pepper, chili pepper, cumin and one tablespoon each of pepper and tomato paste are added and the cooking process continues. The cooking process is completed by adding canned tomatoes to it. After cooking a bit, 1 tea glass of warm water is added.

 

Preparation of:

The prepared filling is spread on the vegan tortilla, this process is repeated and the tortillas are put on top of each other. It is then served with vegan yogurt and parsley on top.


Plant Based Taco


Ingredients:

  • Vegan taco shell
  • Lettuce
  • Bitter sauce
  • Guacamole sauce
  • Pickled onion
  • Lime

 

For Internal Filling:

  • Veggy Plant Based Mince
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Half onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dessertspoon hot sauce
  • 200 grams can of chopped tomatoes
  • 80-100 grams Mexican beans

For Internal Filling:

Roast half an onion and 1 clove of garlic, cut into cubes, in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 chopped pepper to the pan and continue the roasting process. Then, 150 grams of Plant-Based Mince is added and the cooking process continues. Then, one teaspoon each of salt, chili pepper, black pepper, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, 200 grams of canned chopped tomatoes and 80-100 grams of Mexican beans are added and the cooking process continues.

 

Preparation of:

After the filling is cooked, chopped lettuce, prepared filling, hot sauce, guacamole sauce and pickled onions are placed on the vegan taco shells, and served with lime squeezed on top.

Ingredients: Water, pea protein, vegetable oil (coconut, sunflower oil), protein-based mixture (wheat gluten, pea protein, pea starch, thickener (methyl cellulose)), vegetable fiber mixture (pea fiber, thickener (methyl cellulose)), natural flavorings, colorants (beet concentrate, caramelized sugar), yeast extract.
