Vegan Döner Wrap


Ingredients:

  • Veggy Meatless Tofu Kebab 45 g
  • Flatbread 1 piece
  • Tomato 2 slices
  • Lettuce 1 leaf
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Dried tomato pesto 45 g
  • Vegan mayonnaise

Dried Tomato Pesto

 

Preparation:

250 g dried tomatoes

90 g walnuts

3 cloves of garlic, pureed in a blender.

Add salt, cumin, and black pepper to taste.

If the consistency is too thick, you can add water.

• Spread the dried tomato pesto on half of the flatbread.

• Arrange Veggy Meatless Tofu Kebab on the other half.

• Top with lettuce leaf, tomato slices, and thinly sliced pickled cucumbers.

Fold the edges of the flatbread and roll it up like a wrap.
